Audiologist
M. Mackenzie Bellomy earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences in 2008 and her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2012 from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
She is Board Certified in Audiology (ABAC) and holds the Certificate for Tinnitus Management (CH-TM) by the American Board of Audiology. Additionally, she is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and Texas Academy of Audiology and holds her certificate for clinical competency in Audiology (CCC-A) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Prior to joining Dallas Ear, she served as the senior clinical audiologist at UT Physicians Department of Otorhinolaryngology in the Houston Medical Center. Dr. Bellomy completed her 4th year residency serving our nations veterans at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in Dallas and in her hometown, Fort Worth.
Dr. Bellomy specializes in traditional and advanced diagnostic evaluations for hearing and balance disorders for all ages. She believes patients’ success in their hearing healthcare journey begins with an accurate diagnosis through evidence-based best practices coupled with a complete understanding of diagnoses through patient-centered counseling. Outside of audiology, Dr. Bellomy enjoys spending time with her husband and young son and their feline family members.
